Good News, Bad News and Great News
The Good News: Its April 21, 2006 and that means that today is the day that Center Chains re-opens. Thanks for your patience during the mud-season closing. This closing was the first since the course has been installed and due to difficulty in determining appropriate communication channels, it caught a lot of folks off guard (ourselves included).
As a heads up. The town land on which the disc golf course is located will be closed in future years from March 15 until May 1. This closing will be inpendent of the specific conditions, but is being done because traditionally things are very muddy this time of year.
The Bad News: The Sap Bucket Open IV is full. Yes folks, if you didn’t sign up yet – its going to take a minor miracle or $500 tournament sponsorship to get a spot (if someone caughs up $500 for support of the GMDGC i’ll give up my spot) and this brings me to my Great News.
The Great News: The Sap Bucket Open IV is full. I just wanted to say thanks to all of the people who have pre-registered and already made this the biggest (and hopefully soon to be proven) one of the best tournaments in VT history. See you tomorrow!
