HOT Stuff!!!
Yeah, so we all know the weather is hot, but did you know that Adam McCabe is also? Thursday July 13, Adam reminded us all why we play Thursday Night Triples as he stuck an Ace on Hole #11 and walked home with $149 in ace pot cash. Nice Work Adam! I must point out that Adam did not actually “walk home”… nor did he even drive home with all of that cash as he made a generous donation to the GMDGC in support of the club and the course. Again, I must say, Nice Work Adam!
Since we last posted any news we have also had another bag tag monthly. The results are posted and updates have been made on the 2006 Championship series page as well.
And finally, you are all too good. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but last week at Triples we actually had a situation were it was impossible to adhere to the TNT guidelines which we originally set up. In order to solve the problem we raised the “upper limit” from team values of 10 to a max of 12. It seemed to work out pretty well and on a week by week basis we will evaluate the team picking process to try to ensure it is consistent, random (not subjective) and fair.
